We are located at 130, Block B10 in Rohini Sector 3. If you have ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how busy the markets can get. We deal with spices and herbs, so our space usually smells like a mix of everything. It’s not a bad smell, but it is definitely strong. We started Himalayan Spices And Herbs because we had an interest in where these things come from. We are not some massive factory; we are just a small LLP working out of a residential-cum-commercial block. Most of our days are spent weighing things out, checking bags, and talking to people who want good ingredients. Sometimes we get the labels wrong and have to redo them, which is a pain, but we are human. The office is a bit cluttered with samples and jars. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some biscuits. People in the block know us as the spice guys. We don't have a long history or a fancy board of directors. It’s just us trying to keep the quality consistent. Rohini Sector 3 is a good place to be because everything you need is just around the corner. We stay busy, we keep our heads down, and we try to do right by the people we work with every single day. It is just a normal life here.
