HHM CONSTRUCTION LLP

HHM Construction LLP is based out of Vasundhara Apartment in Sector 9, Rohini. We’re at number 85. It’s a bit different than being in a big commercial office block since we’re in an apartment complex. It feels more like a community here. Rohini is a big part of Delhi, and Sector 9 is a place we’ve grown quite fond of. The office is essentially a converted space where we handle all our construction business. It’s not very large, but it’s enough for us to keep our records and meet when we need to. There’s a certain rhythm to life in Vasundhara Apartment, and we’re just a small part of it. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we don't think it’s necessary. People know us by the work we do. Being in a residential-style setting keeps us grounded. We’re just regular folks who know a thing or two about building. We spend a lot of time out on actual sites, but this is where the planning happens. It’s a simple setup—a few chairs, a couple of tables, and plenty of files stacked up. We like the fact that it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate environment. It feels like a local business because that’s exactly what it is. If you’re in Rohini Sector 9, you might see us coming and going throughout the day. We’re just here doing our job like everyone else in the building. It's a modest place.
