GEMINI HOUSING LLP

Our office is located on the first floor of Pearl Omaxe Tower-1 over in Netaji Subhash Place. It is a busy building in Pitampura, and there is always a lot of foot traffic around. We focus on housing. We have been in this unit for some time now. It is a practical space where we handle the day-to-day operations of the business. We spend most of our hours talking to people about where they want to live or what they want to sell. The tower is full of different businesses, so it feels quite lively. We do not have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just do the work. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the files, and other days we cannot seem to get off the phone. That is just the nature of the housing market in North West Delhi. We know the area around NSP and Pitampura inside out. If you are looking for us, we are in FF-08. It is just a regular office with some chairs and a few computers. We try to be straightforward with everyone who comes in. There is no point in overcomplicating things. We just provide the facts and help people navigate the steps of buying or renting. It is a steady job and we enjoy being in this part of the city. There is always someone new to meet.
