We are located in Aggarwal Plaza, specifically in unit 312 of the CU Block in Pitampura. It’s one of those busy commercial plazas where you can find just about anything. Our office is a small part of that mix. We deal with property development, so we spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to architects. The office itself is usually cluttered with files and site drawings. We aren't very good at keeping the place looking like a showroom, but we know where everything is. Pitampura is a great area for us since it’s so well connected. We get a lot of walk-ins who just want to ask about local projects or land prices. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just try to get the work done without too much fuss. Some days the office is empty because we are all out at sites, and other days we are all crammed in here trying to finish paperwork. It’s a regular job with regular problems. We deal with the heat in the summer and the traffic all year round. We’ve been in this building for a while and have seen many businesses come and go. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next step in whatever project we are working on. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a steady pace and we don't feel the need to rush things.
