FAN10 VENTURES LLP is based out of Tagore Park. We are on the 3rd floor of House No. 74. It’s quite close to Model Town, which is a landmark most people in this part of Delhi know well. Being on the third floor means we have to walk up a few flights, but it’s good for a bit of quiet. The area around Tagore Park is mostly residential but there are plenty of businesses tucked away like ours. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do at FAN10 VENTURES LLP. We have our computers and our workspace set up just the way we like. It’s not a polished corporate office. It feels more like a lived-in workspace where actual work happens. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood from the windows. Model Town is just a short distance away, so getting lunch or running errands is easy. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or designer furniture. We’d rather just have a solid desk and a good chair. House No. 74 is a sturdy old building. We’re happy with the spot. It's a simple arrangement that lets us focus on our ventures without any unnecessary distractions. People who visit usually comment on how relaxed the atmosphere is. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby. We just do our work and keep things moving along every day. It's nothing special, but it's our office.
