EXCELSIOR RIVER RESORTS LLP

Our office is tucked away on the third floor of a building in Vaishali Enclave, over in Pitampura. If you know the area, it's mostly residential but has these pockets where small businesses like ours set up shop. It is Plot Number 25, which isn't hard to find once you get into the right lane. We aren't a big corporation with a shiny lobby or anything like that. It’s just a few rooms where we manage the resort side of things. Sometimes the stairs feel a bit long when the lift is acting up, but we’re used to it by now. The team here is pretty small, and we spend most of our time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, which is nice for getting through the paperwork. We chose this spot because it's convenient for most of us to get to, and it’s away from the main road noise. There are a couple of local spots nearby where we get our samosas and chai during the break. It feels like a normal neighborhood office because that is exactly what it is. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a front desk person. We just answer the door ourselves when someone knocks. It's a simple way of working, but it suits us just fine. We have been here long enough that the neighbors know us by name and we know the local routine.
