Our business is called Delhi Diamonds And Jewells Llp. We are located in the D Mall at Netaji Subhash Place. Our unit is number 5, and it’s on the ground floor of plot number A1. Pitampura is a really busy hub for businesses and we fit right in there. D Mall is a place where a lot of people come to shop and eat, so there is always a lot of energy around. We keep our office pretty tidy, though sometimes there are boxes piled up in the corner when a new shipment arrives. We work with diamonds and all sorts of jewelry items. Since we are in a mall, we see people from all walks of life walking past our window. We don't go for the high-pressure sales stuff. We just show people what we have if they ask. It is a practical way to run things. The mall security guys know us by name now since we’ve been here a while. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall is a bit too cold, but it’s better than the Delhi heat outside. We spend our hours sorting through pieces and making sure everything is where it should be. We are just a local team doing our job. We don't have any big slogans. We just want to make sure the work is done right by the time we lock up for the night.
