CURATED CONSTRUCTION LLP

We are CURATED CONSTRUCTION LLP and we work out of a basement floor in Gujrawala Town Phase 1. Our address is 183, Block B. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which is nice when we have to sit down and look at floor plans or talk about a new build. Working from a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which we all appreciate. We do a lot of local construction work around this part of town. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of tea and then we figure out who is going to which site for the day. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that, just a functional space with some desks and plenty of paper. Most of our tools and materials are kept elsewhere, so the office is mostly for the planning and the phone calls. Gujrawala Town is a well-known area and being in Phase 1 makes it easy for us to get to our projects in other parts of the city too. We've been operating from this basement for some time now. We like it here because it's practical. We don't use flashy brochures or sales pitches. People usually just drop by if they need something built or if they have a question about a project we are currently working on. It’s a straightforward business. We just try to keep our heads down and do our jobs.
