CONCEPT SPACES BY SHIVAKARI LLP

We have been operating out of our spot in Saraswati Vihar for a good bit now. It is on the upper ground floor of Plot 599 in Block C. Mostly we just deal with things here in the Pitampura area. It is a busy part of town and we like being right in the middle of it. Concept Spaces by Shivakari is the name we use for these property projects we work on every day. It is a lot of practical daily work. We show up, get into the details of the floor plans, and try to make things make sense for anyone coming through the door. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and blueprints, but that is just how it goes when you are actually doing the work. We are not a big fancy outfit with a glass tower or anything like that. We are just right here in the neighborhood. If you know the block, you probably know where our door is. It is a straightforward setup. People come in, ask about the spaces we have, and we tell them what is available or what we are planning next. It isn’t always pretty, but it is honest work. We spend a lot of time making sure the upper ground floor space is kept up. Some days are slower than others. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the neighbors. That is pretty much us. Just a local place in Pitampura trying to handle property stuff.
