Baba Karangar Developers Llp

Our office for Baba Karangar Developers Llp is on the 1st Floor, Room 206, in Deepali Enclave. We are right opposite the Kali Mata Mandir in Pitampura, which makes us very easy to find. It’s a busy area, especially during the festivals, but we like the energy of the temple being right there. Our work as developers keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of our time in the office looking at maps and talking to architects, but we also spend plenty of time out on the sites in and around Pitampura. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, so we can see what’s going on. We aren't a corporate giant with thousands of employees. We’re just a local team that knows the ins and outs of development in this part of the city. There’s no fancy lobby or shiny elevator here, just a regular office where real work happens. We try to be direct with people. If a project has a snag, we talk about it and figure out a solution. We don't try to sugarcoat the reality of building things in a crowded city. It’s tough work, but it’s satisfying to see a project go from a drawing to a real structure. We’ve been in Deepali Enclave for a while and we plan to stay here, just doing our thing and helping the neighborhood grow. It takes a lot of effort, but we enjoy the challenge of it all.
