Our office is in Unit 307 at Aggarwal Cyber Plaza, which is right in the middle of Netaji Subhash Place. It’s one of those buildings that always seems to have something going on. We are on the third floor, so it’s not too bad if the lift is acting up and we have to take the stairs. We handle fashion stuff, but it’s more of the behind-the-scenes work like managing orders and talking to suppliers. Pitampura is a lively neighborhood, and there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick bite when we’re too busy to have a real lunch. The office itself is pretty simple. We’ve got our desks, a couple of filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of paper everywhere. We aren't trying to be some high-end boutique where everything is perfect. We are just a group of people working together to keep the business running. Some days are really quiet, and we just catch up on things, while other days are a complete whirlwind of phone calls and stress. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and get it done. The traffic in North West Delhi can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up before the rush starts. It’s a straightforward life, and we are quite happy with our little spot in the Cyber Plaza.
