3 Amigos Roasters Llp

Our place, 3 Amigos Roasters, is out in Siraspur on Mam Chand Dhaniya Marg. We are at K 258, which is fairly close to the local Gurudwara. It’s also not far from GT Karnal Road, so there’s always a lot of movement nearby. We are a small partnership of three people who decided to start roasting coffee together. We didn't want to be in the middle of the city where everything is too expensive and crowded. Siraspur is more of a working-class area, and it suits us just fine. The space we have is basic and functional. We spend most of our time in the back where the roaster is kept. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving heavy bags and keeping the machines clean. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing people. We just do the work ourselves every day. The building is an old one, and it gets pretty cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. We’ve had to fix the roof a couple of times already. It’s not a glamorous job, and we usually end the day covered in coffee dust. We just want to run our little business and make sure we’re doing a decent job with the coffee. It’s a quiet existence for the most part, away from the main bustle of New Delhi’s central areas.
