Yasmit Impex Private Limited

Yasmit Impex Private Limited is located over at H. No. 564-U in New Delhi. Our spot is on the ground floor in Gali Khokhar Wali. It’s one of those narrow streets where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We’ve been working from here for some time now, focusing on the impex side of things. It’s basically just a few of us in a room with a couple of computers and a lot of files. The walls are a bit thin, so we hear the kids playing outside all day. We spend most of our time dealing with customs agents and trying to figure out why a crate hasn't moved for three days. It’s a lot of paperwork and waiting around. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is coming in from overseas. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address. People who need to find us usually just ask the neighbor at the corner. We try to be helpful when we can. If a client calls with a problem, we just handle it directly. There’s no big department to transfer you to, you just talk to whoever picks up the phone. It’s an honest living and we like being part of this neighborhood. We drink a lot of tea and keep the fans running high during the summer months. It’s just how we work every single day.
