Yala Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Ghevra, at the Sandeep Mudgal V.P.O. location. Being in Delhi 110081 means we are on the outskirts, which actually works quite well for a construction company. We have more space here than we would in the middle of the city. The office is a bit of a rough-and-ready place. There are usually muddy boots by the door and blueprints spread out across every flat surface. We don’t really care much for the corporate look. We’d rather focus on the actual building work we do. Ghevra is a place where people still know their neighbors, and we’re part of that community. Our staff is mostly local folks who aren't afraid of getting their hands dirty. We spend our days coordinating trucks and workers, and there’s always something that needs to be sorted out on a site somewhere. It can be stressful, but it’s also satisfying to see things getting built. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a PR person. We just rely on the work we do. The office is often loud with people coming and going, but that’s how a real construction office should be. We’re just a practical team doing our best in a corner of Delhi that most people don't visit. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know and what we have done for years.
