Workforce Learning Technologies Private Limited is tucked away on the second floor of C-64 in Vijay Vihar, Phase-2. If you are looking for us, we are right there with Deepesh Kr Thakur’s place. North Delhi can be a bit hectic, especially around here, but the second floor stays relatively quiet so we can focus. We’ve got our computers set up and we spend most of our hours working on the learning tech stuff. It’s a lot of coding and looking at software screens. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so we try not to move too much heavy equipment in and out. Most of our day involves sitting around the main table, discussing how to fix bugs or update the training programs we handle. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small group of us trying to keep things moving. We usually order lunch from the local places nearby or bring boxes from home. The neighborhood is full of houses and small shops, so it feels very grounded. We don’t have a big reception area or shiny signs, just a door and our workspace. It’s a decent place to work, and being in Vijay Vihar means we are close to everything we need. We keep the files organized as much as we can, though things get a bit messy when we’re busy. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and half-empty coffee mugs by the afternoon. It's a real working environment, not some showroom where everything is perfect.
