Word Of Mouth Creation Llp is located in Flat No. M-3/B-9 at the Jhule Lal Apartments in Pitam Pura. Since we are in an apartment complex, it doesn't feel like a cold, sterile office at all. It feels more like working from home, even though we are actually at work. We have a small kitchen where we can make our own food, which saves us a lot of money on lunch. The North West Delhi area is pretty well-connected, so getting here isn't too difficult for the team. We chose the name Word Of Mouth because that is exactly how we get our business—people just talking to each other. We don't spend money on ads for ourselves. The living room of the flat is where most of the work happens. It’s filled with tables and a lot of tangled wires from all the computers. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, and you can hear them laughing while we are trying to finish a report. It’s a very human way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Delhi; we just want to do work that people actually like. It’s a comfortable setup, and we’ve been here for a while now. We don't have a receptionist, so we just answer the door ourselves when someone knocks and usually offer them a glass of water.
