Vsda Welfare Foundation operates out of Dhigariyabhim, which is over in the Baijupara tehsil. If you’re looking for us, we are set up through Jagdish Prasad Sharma’s place. It’s a quiet area compared to the big cities, and that suits us just fine. Things move a bit slower out here, but there is still plenty to be done every single day. We don't have a big corporate building with a glass front. Instead, it’s a more personal setup where everyone knows their neighbor. We spend a lot of our time just talking to people in the community and seeing how things are going. The work changes from week to week depending on what’s happening in the local area. Some days it’s very busy and other days it’s just us catching up on things that got pushed aside. We try to keep things simple. We don't use big words or have long meetings that go nowhere. If there is a problem, we try to look at it and figure out a way forward. Being in a place like Dhigariyabhim means you have to be practical. You can't rely on fancy systems all the time. You just use what you have. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the people around here seem to appreciate having someone local they can talk to. It's just a few of us working together and trying to stay on top of the foundation's goals without making too much of a fuss.
