Vision Step Up

We are located at Gopal Nagar Hudson Lane 25/15. If you know the area, you know it’s always got something going on. Vision Step Up is tucked away in a spot that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. The stairs are a bit narrow, and we’ve told people to watch their step more times than I can count. Inside, it’s mostly desks and a few whiteboards that never quite get wiped completely clean. There is always a faint smell of markers in the air. We don’t have fancy leather chairs or a big lobby; we just have what we need to get through the daily tasks. Hudson Lane is full of energy, and we can hear the students talking and the bikes zooming past outside our window. Sometimes we have to close the glass just to hear ourselves think. We aren't some big operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us here, doing what we do. The clock on the wall is five minutes fast, but we leave it that way because it helps us stay on schedule. Most of our days are spent sitting around the main table discussing what needs to happen next. It’s a very hands-on environment without any of the corporate fluff. We just focus on the work at Gopal Nagar and try to keep things moving forward one day at a time.
