We are tucked away in the RBI Colony in Shalimar Bagh, which is in North Delhi. It feels like a residential neighborhood, but we run our aluminum operations from right here. Our office is located at 72-B. It is a lot quieter here than in the big industrial hubs of the city, and we really appreciate that peace. We handle the administrative tasks and the coordination for the various metal products the company deals with. It is a very straightforward setup with simple desks, chairs, and a lot of documents. We spend the majority of our time on the phone or working through different spreadsheets. It isn't a glamorous job by any means, but it is important for keeping the whole supply chain moving. Delhi can be an intense place to live and work, but being in Shalimar Bagh gives us a bit of a breather from the madness. We have a small staff and we have been in this spot for a good while now. We don't care much for fancy office decorations. The walls are mostly bare except for some calendars and charts we use. We just focus on getting through our daily list of tasks. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes it difficult for people to reach us, but we usually deal with everyone over the phone anyway. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment for us. We just do our work, drink our tea, and get things done.
