Varun Continental Ltd.

Varun Continental Ltd. is located at number 6 in Engineers Enclave, which is over in Pitampura. It’s a fairly quiet corner compared to the rest of Delhi. Our office is in a residential-looking building, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. There are just a few of us working here. We mostly spend our time on computers and phones, coordinating things. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just come in, have some tea, and get to work. Pitampura is a nice place to be based because it’s easy for most of us to get to. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power flickers, but that’s just how it goes in the city. We don't use any high-level business jargon here. We just talk like normal people. Our workspace is a bit cluttered with papers and files, but we know where everything is. We handle different kinds of tasks, mostly focused on trade and services. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work well and keep the people we work with happy without making a big deal out of it. It’s a plain way of doing things and it works for us. We just stay busy and keep going day by day.
