Our office is on Ashoka Road in Adarsh Nagar and it is usually pretty quiet around here. Varsed Detectives And Securities Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Df 1 and the building has been here for a long time. You can see the trees lining the street from the front window. Inside it is mostly just desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We have some chairs that are a bit squeaky when you sit down. The air conditioner makes a rattling noise sometimes but it keeps the heat away during the day. Most of the people working here have been around for a while so we don't really have to explain much to each other anymore. We have a lot of paperwork to go through every single morning. It is not like the stuff you see on television where things are exciting every minute. A lot of it is just making sure the schedules are right and checking the logs. We get our lunch from the small shop around the corner most days. The tea guy comes by at four o'clock and that is when everyone takes a break. The walls are painted a dull off-white color and there are a few old calendars hanging up. It is a steady place to work. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks one by one until it is time to lock up and go home.
