Unicorn Insurance Brokers. Azadpur. It’s the first floor of Kewal Park Extension. The LDA Estate area is quite specific once you know where you’re going. We have been here for a good stretch of time. There are always files stacked up because insurance involves so much reading. It’s not the most exciting work but it’s what we know. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, maybe next year. We have a small tea kettle in the corner that gets a lot of use. People come in with their problems and we sit down and look at the numbers. The traffic outside can get pretty loud during the afternoon rush. We have a few desks crammed in here. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time. I like the light we get in the mornings though. It makes the place feel a bit bigger. We’ve known the people in the building for years. We share the same news and complain about the heat together. It’s a local spot. Nothing corporate about it, just us and the folders and the computer screens. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all just take a break and talk about what's for dinner. It's just a regular office life in Azadpur. We keep the doors open when it's not too dusty outside. We've got a leaky pen or two always sitting on the desk. That's life here.
