Trikalp Plyboards India Private Limited

Our business is run out of a house in Sector-3, Rohini. It’s House No. 22 in Block F, Pkt 22. It’s a residential-style area, so it doesn't feel like those big, cold office parks you see in other parts of Delhi. We deal with plyboards, and even though we are in a neighborhood, we stay pretty busy with the North West Delhi market. The office is basically a converted part of the building where we can sit down with our clients and talk about their board requirements. It feels more personal this way, almost like you’re just visiting a neighbor to talk shop. Sometimes the street gets a bit blocked up with cars, but that’s just how Rohini is. We don't have a huge staff or a lot of corporate rules. We just do our work and try to keep things organized. The plyboard industry involves a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers, so we are always on the phone or checking emails. We've been in this sector for a while and we know the ins and outs of the different grades of board. We don't put on any acts; we are just real people working from a real house. It might not look like a global headquarters, but it works for us and our customers seem to like the direct approach. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. There is always something to do, whether it is checking stock or making calls to transporters.
