The Gym Health Planet

We are situated at Ag-38 on the main road in Shalimar Bagh. If you are looking for us, just find the Syndicate Bank and we are right there below it. Being on the main road makes it easy to get to, but sometimes parking can be a real pain during the busy hours. We’ve been here at The Gym Health Planet for quite a while now. The space inside is split up so we have the cardio machines in one area and the weights in another. It’s a pretty standard setup. Some of our equipment has been around for a few years, but we make sure it all works like it should. We get all kinds of people here, from teenagers just starting out to some of the older residents of Shalimar Bagh who just want to stay mobile. We don’t have any of those fancy trainers in bright uniforms or anything. Usually, it’s just a couple of us around to keep an eye on things. We try to keep the music at a level where you can still hear yourself think but it’s loud enough to keep you moving. It’s a local business and we treat it that way. No big mission statements or anything like that here. We just provide the machines and the space for people to come in and do their daily workout without any of the unnecessary social pressure.
