Thanumalayan Chit Funds Private Limited

Located in Rohini, specifically Sector-8 at the Aditya Complex. We are on the first floor, in rooms 102 and 103. The DDA Community Centre is right nearby, so there is always something going on outside. Being in West Delhi, it gets quite crowded, especially during the middle of the week when everyone is out running errands. Our office has a lot of windows looking out at the parking area and some trees. It is a chit fund office, so there is always someone coming in to check on their monthly payments or ask about the next draw. We have a few wooden chairs for people to sit on while they wait. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for now. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the ledgers. The fans hum quite a bit and sometimes they rattle. It’s a practical space. We don’t have any fancy decorations or lounge areas. Just a place to come and settle the accounts. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we just take the stairs. It is easier that way. Most of the people who come here live nearby in the sector. It feels like a local spot because it really is. We’ve known some of these folks for years. Just a typical day in a typical Rohini office, really. We usually keep some biscuits in the drawer for the afternoon when things slow down.
