We are located in Pitampura, inside the Pearls Omaxe building. Specifically, we're at Ff 08 in Tower 1. Netaji Subhash Place is always buzzing with energy, which is good for us. Telloon Properties Llp is the name on the door. We spend a lot of time here dealing with different property matters. It's a modern building, but we keep our actual office pretty basic. There’s usually a lot of noise coming from the street, but you get used to it after a few months. We aren't the type of people who like big corporate talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home. People come to us when they need help with real estate in this part of Delhi. It’s a competitive area, but we’ve managed to stay around. Our team is small, just a few local folks who know the Pitampura layout. Sometimes the elevator in Tower 1 takes forever, so we take the stairs if we're in a hurry. We don't have a fancy marketing department or anything like that. Most people hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We just try to be helpful when someone walks through the door. It's a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work out okay for us and the people we help in the end.
