Swastik Dental Clinics

We are over at F-3/11 in Sector-16, Rohini. This branch of Swastik Dental Clinics has been here for a bit. Rohini is a big area, but this corner of Sector 16 feels like a small community once you get to know the regulars. We aren't trying to be the most modern office in Delhi, but we have what’s needed to fix teeth. Most days start with checking the equipment and making sure the waiting area is ready for whoever comes in. We get a lot of local residents from the nearby blocks. It’s a straightforward practice. If someone has a toothache or needs a checkup, they just come by. We spend a lot of time explaining things in simple terms, not using big medical words that just confuse people. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which is nice for a dental clinic. I’ve noticed that people here really value a place that doesn't feel like a cold hospital. We try to keep it friendly, like you're visiting a neighbor who happens to know a lot about dentistry. It's just me and a couple of staff members making sure things run okay. We don't have a huge marketing budget or anything like that. Most people just see our sign or hear about us from someone else in Rohini. It works for us. We just focus on the work at hand and making sure people leave feeling a bit better than when they walked in.
