Swarndeep Industries

Swarndeep Industries is situated at 308/ 1, Shahzada Bagh, in the industrial area. It’s a crowded place with narrow lanes and lots of trucks moving back and forth. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular factory unit where we get things done. Inside, it is always noisy because of the production lines. We make various items and there is a lot of stacking and packing happening all the time. The workers are usually busy at their stations, and the supervisors are always checking the counts. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just the address on the door. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of the inventory. We have a small office area tucked in the corner where we handle the bills and orders. It gets dusty, and the tea guy comes by twice a day which is the highlight for most of us. We don't bother with corporate talk or big meetings. We just look at what needs to be made for the day and we start working. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole night fixing them. That’s just part of being in this business. We are just a group of people trying to run a shop in a very busy part of Delhi.
