Super4 Alliance Hotels is situated in Sector 16, Rohini. We are on the ground floor of B1/62. Rohini is a massive residential area in North Delhi, and being in Sector 16 means we see a lot of local traffic. We focus on hotel alliances and management services. It basically means we help different hotels work together or we help them run their day-to-day business better. We aren't a big chain ourselves, but we know how they work. The office is pretty simple—just a few desks and some filing cabinets. We don't spend money on fancy furniture because we’d rather just do our work. Most of our days are spent talking to hotel owners or managers about their problems. We listen a lot and try to offer some practical advice based on what we’ve seen over the years. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except when we are all on the phones at once. We started this company because we liked the idea of building a network of hotels that actually talk to each other. It’s been a slow process, but we are getting there. We aren't looking to change the world, just to make running a hotel a little bit easier for the people we work with. Rohini is our home base, and we like the community feel here even though it is such a big city.
