Sumizu Corp. is located over in New Delhi, specifically at F-2/58 and 59. If you know Delhi, you know how packed and frantic it can be. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s not a quiet place, with the sounds of the street always coming through the windows. We’ve been here for a while now, and the office has become a bit of a second home for us. It’s full of old files, computers that have seen better days, and a lot of half-finished drawings. We don’t go for the high-end look because we’re usually too busy working on actual projects to care about the decor. The team here is a mix of different people, all just trying to get through the daily grind of city life. Traffic is usually our biggest headache, whether we’re trying to get to a site or waiting for a visitor. We don’t have any grand statements to make about what we do. We just take on the work, figure out the logistics, and try to keep things on track. Most of our time is spent on the phone or out in the heat. When we are in the office, it’s mostly for quick meetings or to grab some lunch. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just have our address in New Delhi and the work we’ve done around the city. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now.
