Sri Sai Ayurvedic Clinic

This little shop is tucked away in Sector 3. It's shop number 3 at H-34/68. It’s a small space, but we have everything we need to practice Ayurveda. I started this clinic because I wanted to share what I know about natural healing with the people in this sector. We have shelves lined with various powders and oils. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but the locals know where we are. We handle things like skin problems, stomach issues, and general tiredness. I spend a lot of time grinding herbs or mixing oils for the people who visit. The shop has a very specific earthy smell that greets you at the door. It's just a simple room with a table and a couple of stools for visitors. I don't use a lot of technology here, mostly just my books and my experience. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the dry herbs, but that’s part of the work. People stop by on their way home from the market to pick up their refills or just to ask a quick question. It’s a very basic setup, nothing like those big city centers. I like it this way because I can talk to everyone personally and not feel rushed. It’s just me running the show here every day, trying to keep the traditions alive in our little corner of the sector for anyone who walks in off the street looking for something real.
