Spice Art

We are located in Rohini Sector 10. It is a pretty standard neighborhood spot. We don't have a huge sign or anything that stands out too much from the other buildings on the street. The inside is just a regular setup with some chairs and tables that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area. It gets quite busy around seven or eight in the evening when people are finished with work. We don't really follow any corporate rules here. We just know what our regulars like and try to have it ready. Some of the staff have been here for years, so we all know how the day is going to go before it even starts. The floor is tile and we have to sweep it a lot because of the dust that blows in from the road. It is just a normal place where people come to eat without any big expectations of a fancy show. We don't do any special promotions or anything like that. If the food is good, people come back, and that has worked for us so far. We just focus on the daily tasks like washing the pots and making sure the supplies are delivered on time. It is steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until we lock up at night.
