Spgr Welfare Foundation

We are located in Sector 24, Rohini. It is House No. 3-4 on the first floor. This part of Delhi is always moving, but our office stays pretty steady. We get here early to open the doors and sometimes stay quite late finishing things up. The stairs going up to the first floor are a bit steep, so we tell everyone to watch their step. Inside, there are chairs and tables mostly covered with papers. We have a small kitchenette where we make tea for anyone who drops by. It is not a big fancy office, just a practical space where we do our foundation work. Most days involve answering the phone and talking to neighbors about what is happening in the area. We have been in Pocket 20 for a while now, so people know where to find us. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons during summer, but we have fans running. We do not have a receptionist or anything like that; whoever is free just answers the door. It is a simple setup for the kind of work we handle here. We like being in Rohini because it feels like home. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit much, but you get used to it after a few months. We just focus on getting the tasks done one by one. It is a regular workplace with regular people trying to do something useful for the community. We do not have much decoration, just a map of the area.
