We've been at the Transport Centre in Punjabi Bagh for a while now. It's busy here on New Rohtak Road. Usually, the office is a bit loud because of the trucks moving around. We handle goods and move things from one place to another. Most days start early. There's a lot of paperwork to sort out every morning. Sometimes the coffee machine doesn't work right, but we manage. People come in and out all day. We keep track of where things are supposed to go. It’s a lot of coordination with drivers. The phones ring quite a bit. It isn't a fancy office. We have some old desks and files piled up. If you come by, you'll see us at number 40. New Delhi traffic is always a mess, so we try to plan around it. Most of the guys here have been working together for years. We know the routes pretty well. It’s hard work, especially when the weather gets hot in Delhi. We just get on with it. There’s always another load to deal with. We don't spend much time making things look pretty on paper. We just focus on the trucks and the cargo. If a truck is late, we find out why. That’s just how it goes here. We've got our routine down. It works for us. We don't need anything more than that.
