Shimizu Corporation

Shimizu Corporation is located at 230/2 on the first floor in Pitampura. We are right near the Shiva Market and the Chopal in North Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know how crowded these markets can get. There is always someone shouting, a horn honking, or some construction happening down the street. Our office is on the FF, which means we have a bit of a climb up some narrow stairs to get inside. It is not a shiny new building. The walls have some marks, and the windows look out over the busy street below. You can see the shoppers and the street food vendors from our balcony. We like being in Pitampura because it’s close to everything, even if the parking is a total nightmare. Inside, we just have our desks pushed together. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We are not into the fancy corporate style. We just focus on our projects and try to keep things moving. The air outside is usually thick with the Delhi smog, but we have a small purifier inside that does its best. We have been at this 110034 address for a while now, and the local shopkeepers all know us. It’s just a regular Delhi workspace with real people doing their jobs. We don't have a lot of space for extra stuff, so we keep things pretty organized and simple every day.
