Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd.

Our office is tucked away at M-3/16 in Model Town-III, right here in Delhi. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded with all the shops and people moving around. We have been at this spot for some time, working under the name Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. It is a busy place to be, but we like the energy of this part of the city. Usually, the mornings start with a lot of noise from the street, and we just settle in to get our daily work finished. We are not big on fancy decorations or anything. The office is just a regular room with desks and files where we keep track of our construction projects and handle the local logistics. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for visitors to park their cars, so we tell people to come early if they can. Our team is small, mostly just local folks who know the neighborhood well. We do not really go for big speeches or corporate talk. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home like everyone else. It is a practical way to run things. Being in Model Town gives us a good central point to reach other parts of Delhi when we need to check on sites. It is just how we operate, keeping things simple and sticking to the routine that works for us and the people we deal with daily.
