Our office is tucked away in Rohini, specifically in Sunder Apartments over at Sector 14. Being in House No 44, Plot 13, Block A, makes it feel a lot more like a home than a corporate building. It’s actually pretty quiet around here compared to other parts of North West Delhi, which is nice when we have to focus on the consulting work we do at SEEKALPHA. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of departments; it’s a small operation where everyone knows what everyone else is doing. Usually, the morning starts with someone making a big pot of tea and then we just get into the files. The desks are a bit cluttered with folders and notes we’ve written to ourselves. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside in the block, and you can hear them through the windows. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, checking things and making sure the paperwork for our clients is handled right. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a flashy lobby or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. If you walk out of the apartments, you have all the local shops right there, which is handy for lunch. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit, and it suits us just fine. No corporate fluff, just a regular day at the office in Rohini.
