You can find us at number 66 in the Sheetal Apartment building, which is located in Sector 14 of Rohini. It’s a residential area, so it feels a bit quieter than the main markets, which we actually prefer for our work. At Seac Coloniser & Real Estate Promoter, we spend most of our time dealing with land and housing matters around this part of the city. Being inside an apartment building means our office feels more like a home than a cold business space. We have some chairs for visitors and a couple of big tables where we spread out our maps and plans. Sector 14 is a nice place to be, and we have lived or worked around here for a long time. People usually call us first before they come over so we can make sure we are actually in the office and not out looking at a plot of land somewhere. The building has its own rhythm, and we know the neighbors pretty well. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us.
