Sat Shyam Homeopathic Clinic

Our clinic is tucked away in Shop no-3, over in Rohini Sector 18. If you know the area, we are right near the local dispensary and just across from the DDA market. It’s a small shop, not much bigger than some of the grocery stalls nearby. I spend my days sitting behind the counter with all the little glass bottles of homeopathic dilutions lined up behind me. It’s a lot quieter here than the main market street, which is nice. People come in mostly after they’ve done their shopping or on their way home from work. They sit on the few stools we have and tell me about their coughs or their skin problems. It’s a slow kind of business. I spend a lot of time counting out those tiny white sugar pills into paper packets. There’s no big machine noise here, just the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional car horn from the road. The walls are a simple off-white, and I have a small desk where I write out the notes. It’s a local place for the people in the sector. We don’t do any big advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here because they walk past us every day to get their milk or bread. It’s a simple life, helping the neighbors with their small health issues in a quiet corner of Delhi.
