You can find us over at A-38 in Lok Vihar. Sarex Overseas Pvt. Ltd. isn't some giant corporation with floors and floors of offices. We’re just a local business operating out of Lok Vihar. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for what we need. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to people all over. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the mornings when all the new emails come in. Lok Vihar is a quiet enough place, which we appreciate when things get stressful. We don’t use any of that fancy marketing talk because it’s not who we are. We’re just honest people trying to earn a living and keep the business going. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to actually organize the filing cabinets. We’ve had the same desks for years. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes. We just focus on doing the work that's right in front of us. If there’s a problem with an order, we fix it. It's simple. We've been at A-38 for a good while, and most people in the area know us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We’d rather just be known for being reliable and showing up every day to do the job.
