You can find us on the ground floor of 36 Sandesh Vihar in Pitampura. Being in New Delhi, we are used to the noise and the busy streets. We work with automotive parts and everything related to cars. The office is right there on the street level, so it’s easy to step in. It is not a huge space, but we have managed to fit everything we need. There are shelves full of parts and a couple of desks for handling orders. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in, and we have to move boxes around to make space. The neighborhood is mostly residential and small businesses, so it feels quite local. We have people dropping in to ask about a specific part for their car or just to check prices. We don't have a fancy display window with lights. It is more about having the right part when someone needs it. The weather in Delhi can be tough, either too hot or too cold, but we stay busy regardless. We have a small kettle in the back for making tea when we get a break. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the inventory on the computer. It is a basic, honest business run by people who know cars and how hard it is to keep them running on these roads.
