We are located at L 131 in Mahipalpur, specifically on Street Number 09. New Delhi is always a rush, and Mahipalpur is no different with its narrow streets and constant movement. Our office is right there in the middle of it. It’s a functional space, nothing too pretty to look at, but it works for us. We have boxes piled up in the corners and people coming in and out all day. Being near the airport area means there is always something happening. We spend a lot of time checking manifests and making sure the loading is done right. The street outside can get quite jammed with trucks, so there is always some shouting and honking going on. We just try to keep our heads down and do the job. The computers are a bit old and the chairs squeak, but we get the parcels moved. It’s a team of about five or six of us usually. We know the routines of the local couriers and the best times to avoid the main road traffic. It's a practical business. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a bunch of delivery schedules and phone numbers scrawled on notepads. It's how we have always done things here in Delhi. Sometimes we stay late to finish the manifest, but that is just part of the job. We grab some food from the local vendor and keep going until everything is done.
