We are based over in Bharat Nagar, right on the first floor of building number 72. It’s a busy part of Delhi, 110052 area code. The office is pretty functional. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of logbooks spread around. Working in logistics means there is always a truck somewhere that needs checking on. We handle a lot of freight and commercial goods here. It gets noisy outside with all the local traffic and the general hustle of the neighborhood. The staff knows the regulars by name. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just answer the phones and try to make sure the cargo is moving. Sometimes there are delays at the borders or the weather messes up the schedule, and we have to explain that to folks. It’s not always a smooth process, but we stay at it.
