Rra Project Management-Vasnt Kunj, New Delhi

Our office for Rra Project Management is actually over in Shalimarbagh on the first floor of AA-239, even though the name mentions Vasant Kunj. It is a bit of a local confusion, but we have made this spot work for us. The building is in a residential area, so it is relatively quiet compared to the main markets. We have a few rooms where we keep all our project documents and drawing boards. The first floor is nice because we can see what is happening on the street, and it is easy for people to find us. We don't have a big corporate feel here; it is more like a small family business. Most mornings start with cleaning off the desks and figuring out which site needs a visit. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sending emails to contractors. The furniture is a bit mismatched, and the tea guy from down the street knows our order by heart. It is a practical space for practical work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office or leather chairs. We just focus on managing the projects we have and making sure the details are right. Sometimes the electricity acts up, or the printer jams when we are in a hurry, but that is just how it goes in a normal office. It is a simple setup in New Delhi where we just get the daily tasks done.
