You can find us over in Nangoli, on the main Mubarik Pur Road. We are based out of Indra Enclave Phase-2, and it’s a lively spot to be. Subhash Kumar Jha is the name on the door and we’ve been working on various projects from this location for a while. The road outside is always torn up or busy with construction, which is fitting since that’s the world we live in. Our office is simple, just a few rooms where we track the project schedules and keep the tools and files we need. It’s not a place for suits and ties. We usually have boots on and are ready to head out to a site at a moment’s notice. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just open the windows and keep working by the light from the street. It’s a bit gritty and real here in this part of New Delhi. We don't have a big HR department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just take the jobs as they come and try to finish them without too much trouble. It’s a lot of coordinating with different workers and making sure materials show up on time. Every day is different and that’s what keeps it interesting for us. We just do the work and try to keep things moving as best as we can.
