Rnj Impex Private Limited is based over in Sector 3 of Rohini. We’re at Plot No. 231, up on the first floor in Block-D, Pocket-16. It’s a bit of a maze to find if you aren’t used to the layout of this part of Delhi. We spend most of our mornings checking emails and catching up on what’s happening with our suppliers. It’s a lot of coordination. The office is pretty basic, just some sturdy tables and chairs and a printer that occasionally jams. We’ve been at this for a bit now, focusing on the import and export side of things. It’s mostly about making sure the paperwork matches the boxes. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It’s a very hands-on way to run things. The 110085 area is familiar to us, and we like being part of the local business community here. We aren't trying to change the world; we're just trying to make sure our clients get what they ordered on time. Sometimes the days are long, especially when there are delays at the port, but that’s just how it goes. We drink a lot of tea and stay on the phone until the work is done. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our life. We’ve got a small window that looks out onto the street, which is good for people-watching during breaks.
