Reyansh Moulder

Reyansh Moulder is based out in the Bawana Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been out this way, you know it’s all factories and big trucks everywhere. Our shed is just one of many in the rows of industrial blocks. We do molding work, which is a lot of heat and noise most of the time. It’s not a clean job, and our clothes usually have grease on them by lunchtime. We started this because we knew how to work the machines. There’s no fancy office here, just a small corner where we keep the ledger and the phone. The air in Bawana is always a bit heavy with dust, but that’s just part of working in an industrial zone. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. Usually, people who need molding done just hear about us from other workshop owners. We spend most of the day making sure the molds are right and the plastic is melting correctly. It’s repetitive work, but we take it seriously enough. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, which is frustrating. But when things are running well, we get a lot done. It’s a tough environment, but it’s what we know. We’ve been in this spot for a few years and have gotten to know the tea stall guys and the other workers around us. It's not a glamorous life, but it pays the bills.
