You can find us at Flat No-6 in Pocket 3, Sector 2 of Rohini, Delhi. It’s a residential flat, so it doesn't look like a corporate office from the outside. We’ve been using this space to manage our daily operations for a while. Being in Rohini means we are part of a busy neighborhood where everyone knows everyone. We handle a lot of the Reid & Taylor business from right here in this flat. There are desks squeezed into the rooms and fabric samples draped over the chairs. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. The neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going with packages. We don't put on any acts or try to seem bigger than we are. We are just a group of people working out of a flat to make sure the clothes and fabrics reach the people who want them. The commute here is usually alright, unless the Delhi traffic is especially bad that day. We drink a lot of chai and spend our afternoons calling suppliers or checking on the latest deliveries. It’s a very practical way to work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and answer it. It’s a simple life and we just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks one by one without any fuss or trouble at all because that is what we do every single day.
