Rdx Gym N Spa

Rdx Gym N Spa is located up on the second floor of the S G Century Plaza. If you know the GU Block in Pitampura, you probably already know where we are. It’s a decent sized space where we have the gym setup and also the spa area for when people want to relax a bit after lifting weights. We’ve been here in Delhi for a bit, and it’s mostly just a local crowd that comes through. The elevators in the plaza can be slow sometimes, so a lot of people just take the stairs to get to the second floor. We try to keep the machines in good shape, though sometimes things need a little fixing here and there. It gets pretty busy in the evenings when everyone gets off work, so that’s when the energy is highest. We don't do much in the way of big ads or anything like that. People mostly just hear about us from their friends or neighbors. It’s a simple setup. We have the usual weights and some cardio machines. The spa part is nice if you've had a long week and just need to sit for a minute. We are just trying to provide a place for people in Pitampura to come and do their thing. Nothing complicated about it. It’s just us doing our daily work and making sure the place stays open for everyone who wants to use it.
