We are located over in Pitampura at Kd-6. It’s a standard North Delhi setup where the residential and commercial worlds kind of bleed into each other. The office for Rady International Pvt. Ltd. isn't flashy; it’s just a functional space where we handle our international business. The building has those typical stairs and a small entrance that most people would walk right past if they weren't looking for us. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our desks with a few computers and a printer that occasionally jams. We spend the morning catching up on messages from different time zones since that’s the nature of the work. Pitampura is a busy area, so there’s always the sound of traffic and people outside. We usually order lunch from one of the local spots nearby and eat at our desks while we work through the pile of documents. It’s a practical environment without any of the corporate polish you see in the bigger towers. There are boxes of files tucked under the tables and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the door or filing a report. It’s just a regular office life in a regular neighborhood, making sure the business stays on track day after day without any big fuss or unnecessary meetings.
